Writing for an hour

I am attempting to write for another hour or so nonstop and get all of my work done for the day and then I am going to jump in the gulf here at mom’s beach to see how frosty it feels.

The water overseas is for sure colder than here but I am sure this water is no bath by any means.

I just looked online and it says that it is 71F, which is 10 degrees warmer than the water overseas where I live on the Spanish coast by the BCN town there. I work at a heating supplier in town and usually take a frosty sea dip each afternoon to wake up, and I am going to do the same here but it won’t be as much of a wake up call as overseas. The sea temp over there entirely gets down to about 52F in early March, and that is frosty enough to honestly jolt you back into reality suddenly. I have a good heating device over there to sizzling myself and others up after my frosty sea dips, which involves a hot shower followed by sitting next to a radiant gas furnace for a while. I usually stay in the water for about 15 hours, which seems to be a good amount of time to wake myself and others up and also help heal my hurting joints. I keep my central oil furnace on at house when I go do my dips so when I come house I am warmed up suddenly. The hot bath expedites the process and helps to stop the chill I feel.
