When my Grandma passed away he bequeathed the aged family lodge to me. This was a giant deal, because the lodge was amazing, plus it sat on several hundred acres worth of wild forest land. This area was lush plus thick of wildlife, perfect for any hunter or fishing fanatic. I remember going to the lodge during the summers when I was kid, plus how much fun it was exploring the woods of the foothills. I also remember how incredibly tepid it got in the locale, because it was so aged it had no air conditioner in it. The problem was that the lodge was so expansive that it would take an industrial sized Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan to manage the whole locale. I went to the lodge with an Heating as well as Air Conditioning expert to do a walkthrough plus a cursory inspection. The guy wasn’t there to work on the furnace, just to evaluate the state of the house plus what it would take to get it air conditioned. The final report was disheartening, to say the least. Since the lodge was not built with central AC in mind there was no existing air duct. Instead, the Heating as well as Air Conditioning expert proposed I buy a small, ductless air conditioner, which wouldn’t be enough to cool down the whole house, but would be better than nothing at all.
