If there is one thing that I particularly hate, it’s when people try to copy me! I think that it is so annoying! This all goes back to when I was a child and my little sibling used to try to copy me all the time.
- She would copy my clothes, the books and movies that I liked, and even my hair styles! I used to regularly complain about it to my parents but they would regularly just tell me that imitation is the greatest and most sincere form of flattery, I did not ever see it that way, though.
I just thought that it was a pain and I still feel that way this week. I want to be unique and I don’t want anyone out there trying to copy my style or my way of thinking. I think that’s what has bothered me so much about living here in this neighborhood with our neighbors. When we bought this home a couple of years ago, the first thing I noticed is that the neighbors started decorating outside of their home just like we did. Then they started putting in the same kind of landscaping that we had. It was super annoying, and now, we have just had our A/C program redone and we got a new smart control unit and a whole home media air cleaner. I just found out that the neighbors called up the air conditioning supplier that we used plus asked them what we had done to the house. Now, they have ordered the exact same thing and they are going to be putting in the same heating plus air conditioning system, the same smart control unit, and the same air purification program in their house!
