If there is one thing that I really hate, it’s when people try to copy me! I think that it is really so annoying. This all goes back to when I was a kid and my little sister used to try to copy me all the time. She would copy my clothes, the books and movies that I liked, and even my hair styles! I used to always complain about it to my parents but they would always just tell me that imitation is the biggest and most sincere form of flattery. I did not ever see it that way, though. I just thought that it was a pain and I still feel that way today. I want to be unique and I don’t want anyone out there trying to copy my style or my way of thinking. I think that’s what has bothered me so much about living here in this neighborhood with our neighbors. When we bought this house a couple of years ago, the first thing I noticed is that the neighbors started decorating outside of their house just like we did. Then they started putting in the same kind of landscaping that we had. It was super annoying. Now, we have just had our HVAC system redone and we got a new smart thermostat and a whole home air purification system. I just found out that the Neighbors called up the HVAC company that we used and asked them what we had done to the house. Now, they have ordered the exact same thing and they are going to be putting in the same HVAC system, the same smart thermostat, and the same air purification system in their house!
