This year, the flu symptoms have been way worse than usual.
I don’t know why, but I am wondering if it doesn’t have something to do with the fact that we haven’t had really much rain around here at all.
I would think that the rain would knock a lot of the pollen down and that would make people like me feel better! I entirely wish that’s what would happen, but so far there is no rain in the forecast at all. Actually, the weather is not even cooling down really much yet and it is already almost fall of the year. Usually by this point in the year, the temperature has started cooling down a lot more than it has this year. I have decided that I am going to call our local HVAC corporation and have them come and clean out our ventilation plan for us so that it will be ready to go for the winter, and the only reason that I’m doing this is because the pollen count has been so poor this year, since I have been itching and sneezing like crazy all summer, I tend to think that the issues will continue unless we get the ventilation plan cleaned professionally. I know that sometimes pollen gets into the ventilation ducts and just re-circulates throughout your cabin if you don’t do something about it. I would entirely like to make sure that the indoor air quality in my home is perfect before the winter starts this year! I feel like I have suffered enough with sickness and flu symptoms this year already.
