I was very impressed when I looked into a smart housing development with my family.
- We found the ideal home for us with a bedroom for everybody and all smart appliances.
I mean everything was smart from the fridge, stove and sink to the roof because there were smart solar tiles installed on there. The smart solar tiles worked great at keeping enough power for all the electricity being used in the home which was fantastic. This made it so the electric bills were basically nothing, yet we had no issues with a shortage of power. The thing I appreciated was the fact that if we had a power outage in the community, our home would still be running the electricity just fine. I think eventually when we buy a home, it might have to be a smart one like this one. Something I especially love is the HVAC system. You can easily speak to Alexa to adjust the temperature control settings, you don’t have to touch any screens or push any buttons. You can use Alexa for basically everything in the home. If I want a cup of water, I can tell Alexa exactly how much I want and just like that, it’s done! Alexa works with the sound system around the house as well, so I can play my jams in whatever room I happen to be in. This is why I enjoy this house so much and I’m pretty sure my family loves the place just as much as I do. I can’t wait until the day we have smart cars that will listen to where we want to go and take us there without us having to drive.
