It’s kind of crazy how we bonded with our HVAC professional Bobby over the years.
This guy acted like a family member.
Whenever we invited him to events like basketball games, dinner parties, or even a walk on the beach, he always came along. We ended up hanging out all the time and I can’t even count how many games of golf we played together. Well, eventually I had a promotion with my work and I was going to run one of the branches out in the West. My wife and I actually cried when we had to stay goodbye to our awesome HVAC professional. He said it wouldn’t be the last time we saw each other though because he would be sure to visit and he hoped we would visit sometimes as well. Well, we did visit and we always had a great time whenever we would meet up. We just thought it was so crazy that Bobby was no longer our HVAC professional taking good care of our heating and cooling equipment. I was surprised one day when I got a call from him telling me how he was moving out west to start up a new HVAC branch. It just so happened that the new branch was in our area and he would be able to provide us home services again! We didn’t hesitate to break things off with the new HVAC company we were going through, we did all our business through Bobby, and he gave us a good discount on our services. We were saying how much we missed him, and he felt the same. He said that’s why he didn’t hesitate to make the move out here when he was promoted.
