A nice friend of mine who was into writing songs and rapping started talking to myself and others about recording at a professional studio.
He said he had a nice friend who rented his condo studio and helped with the recording and everything for a professional sound.
He even produced his own instrumentals that he sold to people. I was trying our hand at writing songs and I genuinely surprised myself. I thought it would be great if I could record our songs. The thing is, I didn’t practice a lot with our songs, I mostly just liked to write poetry and lyrics to songs. Well, our neighbor finally took myself and others to the studio. He was allowed to have a guest so I didn’t have to pay, unless I was planning on recording. My neighbor encouraged myself and others to find an instrumental I liked so I could finally record our songs. When I realized how comfortable I was at the studio and how his friend made us feel at home, I was able to calm our nerves. I loved the temperature control settings in the studio and everything. The air quality was nice and I remember asking about that. The guy told myself and others that he used a UV air purification idea which he recommended because it provides the best air quality. On top of that, he said that the UV light killed harmful pathogens, so the people I was with and I didn’t have to worry so much about coming down with something. For some reason, that made myself and others feel even more at ease, and I finally picked an instrumental and paid the guy to let myself and others record onto the track. I messed up a lot at first, but when I finally got into our flow, I did pretty good. My neighbor kept saying that I was a songsal genius just waiting to be recognized.
