I was quite amazed at how attractive the lodge still looked after all these years.
As a kid, our Grandmother would always invite our sibling and I to her place.
She lived in a attractive little lodge in a rural area. She always said she chose to live there because the sunsets were amazing. Plus, the section had an amazing community who were always there for one another. As I grew older, our visits weren’t as frequent however I always made an effort to keep in touch, but last year, our Grandmother passed away and left the lodge to our sibling and I. All of us had always said that would be a great place for a holiday let and Grandmother stated the people I was with and I should do this in her will. Since our sibling was always traveling, it was up to myself and others to get the place in order while preserving Grandmother’s memory. There were some structural upgrades that had to be made and I also felt the cooling system left much to be desired. Since the people I was with and I wanted guests to come to the place all year, I had to ensure the heating and cooling system was in tip top shape. I went to neighborhood to locate an Heating and A/C company and speak about replacing the AC component in the house. The Heating and A/C professional I spoke with came over the next day to inspect the house. Afterward, he provided myself and others his tolerable opinion and a quote of installing a up-to-date AC unit. Since it was almost summer, I wanted to tackle the AC component first followed by the heating idea in fall. The AC component installation was smooth and it made the lodge believe comfortable.
