Thank goodness that they do all of that for us
I am so happy that our condo association fixes the heating systems in our condos. It’s one of the reasons that we ended up moving into a condo community in the first place, to tell you the truth. We have lived in the same house for many years, but we are getting a little bit older now and we are Just sick and tired of having to deal with everything ourselves. We hate having to do all the yard work ourselves, and we really hate having to deal with the heating and cooling company every single time that something goes wrong with our furnace or our air conditioning system. See in the town where we live, there is just one HVAC company that does residential service in homes. I guess they have quite the monopoly on the heating and cooling revenue around here. Anyway, even though there is only one HVAC company here, we hate dealing with these people. I think that maybe since they are the only ones, they don’t think that they have to do the jobs correctly or on time. They make me so mad and I got to the point where I just didn’t want to call them even when we were having an HVAC emergency. Now that we are living in the condo, I am never going to have to deal with that annoying HVAC company ever again. Thank goodness that they do all of that for us. I don’t even have to worry about getting a winter furnace tune up done because they schedule all of that for us, too.
