If almost everyone thought that I got the task because our dad owns the company, I would never get any respect at work. When I started working for the company, I decided to use our mom’s maiden name as our last name! My dad plus I look similar, however it helps that I am a girl. My brother looks exactly like our dad plus he is only 1 year younger. He is absolutely going to join the heating plus AC repair supplier as well, however he is currently serving the military as a naval officer. I told our dad that would change when I started working there, because I wanted the company to represent the future plus not the past. There are more than two additional female heating plus AC repair servicemans working for the company. In the last year, a lot of fluctuations have occurred. My dad did drag his feet on a few of our decisions. He understands that I am the future, however he still feels upset about retiring plus doens;t want to give up control yet.
