I recently decided that I wanted to sell my house! My partner and I have gone through a pretty awful divorce and I have a lot of memories with this home that I would no longer like to think about. My partner and I had a pretty nice marriage for a few years, but the last 10 years of our marriage were quite miserable. I would love to sell my home and move into a new one so that I can make new memories. I found my dream house a few weeks ago and thankfully it was right on my part. I told my real estate agent that I was so gleeful about this condo I found and we decided to put in an offer. However, my real estate agent let me know that the heating and cooling plan in my new dream house was not what I would be used to. In my old home my partner had just upgraded the heating and cooling plan so we had the latest HVAC technology in our home. However, my real estate agent let me know that the HVAC plan in this new home has not been upgraded in about 15 years. I do not know if I would be able to survive without a brand new heating and cooling system, but I genuinely was willing to try it out since I just wanted to get out of my old home and away from our memories with our ex-partner. I believe I’m going to be just fine without the heating and cooling plan that I am used to, but it is going to be quite a change
