I recently decided that I wanted to sell my house! My husband and I have gone through a pretty stressful divorce and I have a lot of memories of this home that I would no longer like to think about.
My husband and I had a pretty great marriage for a few years, however the last 10 years of our marriage were quite sour.
I would like to sell my home and move into a new one so that I can make new memories. So I found my dream home a few weeks ago and thankfully it was right on my part. I told my real estate agent that I was so happy about this new home I found and we decided to put in an offer. My real estate agent let me know that the heating and cooling program in my new home was not what I would be used to. In my old home my ex had just substituted the heating and cooling program so we had the latest heating and air conditioning technology in our home. However, my real estate agent let me know that the heating and air conditioning program in this new home has not been upgraded in about 15 years. I do not know if I would be able to survive without a brand new heating and cooling system, but I truly was willing to try it out since I just wanted to get out of my old home and away from my memories with my ex. I think I’m going to be just fine without the heating and cooling program that I am used to, but it is going to be quite a change
