The business I worked for, which was a contact center for a mobile lending app, was next to the most popular and highly reputable cooling and heating business! The irony of this situation is that when our commercial air conditioning system broke down, I had to stay away from the office for an entire three days waiting for the cooling system reps that are literally located next door. This was no fault of the air conditioning business. This was peak season, it was Spring, when all homeowners were rushing to have their heating and cooling equipment go through the Heating and A/C service to get them ready for summer, however all the cooling experts had been booked and the two of us could only get one available after three days, on day three, the specialists from the new home comfort business next door came to our building to examine the hybrid Heating, and A/C unit at the office. They found that the issue was a broken pipe that’s leaking oil used by the quality cooling system. The heat exchanger was also full of rust and needed to be upgraded and new batteries for the programmable temperature control. The quality Heating and A/C equipment was delivered and the specialists were able to upgrade the components and they also inspected the unit. They suggested the management at our business consider embedding the smart Heating and A/C to the main unit for extra efficiency. Even though it took a long time to repair the unit, the specialists were very efficient and managed to finish the job within several hours, and faster than they ran tests on my ductless mini split unit at home. All of us were back to work on the fifth day and we, fortunately, did not have to recover a lot as the two of us had been working from home.
