The company I worked for, which was a contact center for a mobile lending app, was next to the most popular and highly reputable cooling and heating company, but the irony of this situation is that when our commercial air conditioner broke down, I had to stay away from the office for an entire three days waiting for the air conditioning reps that are literally located next door.
This was no fault of the air conditioning business.
This was peak season, it was Spring, when all homeowners were rushing to have their heating and cooling units go through the HVAC repair system to get them ready for summer, and all the cooling experts had been booked and both of us could only get one available after many days. On day three, the specialists from the home comfort corporation next door came to our building to examine the hybrid HVAC system at the office. They found that the issue was a broken pipe that is leaking oil used by the quality a/c. The heat exchanger was also full of rust and needed to be replaced and new batteries for the programmable thermostat. The quality HVAC component was delivered and the specialists were able to substitute the components and they also ran tests on the unit. They advised the management at my company to consider embedding the smart HVAC to the main component for extra efficiency! Even though it took a long time to repair the unit, the specialists were really efficient and managed to finish the work within four hours! Faster than they worked on my ductless mini split component at home. We were back to work on the seventh day and we, fortunately, did not have to recover a lot as both of us had been working from home.
