Where I used to live, I didn’t think much about a/c… The winters were absolutely brutal though so I had to focus on the oil furnaces we had.
The people I was with and I had our fireplaces and oil gas furnace when I was growing up! When I lived on our own, I had a gas heating plan and a few fireplaces as well.
When I eventually moved to a warmer temperature, I didn’t guess what the changes would be like… Suddenly, I had to learn how to keep our cabin cool, and it was something that felt foreign to me because before in the warmer season, I could just keep the windows open or use a fan if it felt a little hot. Well, I l received fast how hot it gets in this new location that I moved to. It was interesting using a/c for the first time. I suddenly was able to learn to love it. It has a absolutely nice feeling and it detachs the humidity from the air. I had our family tell me that air conditioning system is dangerously addictive, and they are right about that. Because I started to love the air conditioning system so much, I found myself cranking it all the time and I never had felt so comfortable before. The only drawback is that our energy costs are so fancy now in the sizzling season, and equally fancy in the winter. The winters aren’t nearly as awful as what I was used to, but I guess the temperature is more balanced in this location, eventually, I’m going to replace our cooling plan to something that is far more energy efficient. I might even think about getting a heat pump for our cabin to handle our heating and cooling needs.
