If you purchase a heating and cooling plan of any kind, regularly make sure you have been seen by a professional Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C serviceman to ensure that it is working well. This is what I didn’t do last year and I paid the price for it. I had purchased a cheap oil furnace online, and did not have a heating as well as air conditioning professional and see it. I found the handyman to do it for me. This turned out to be a sizable mistake because the oil furnace was cheap and didn’t hold up at all when the real cold came through, however all it took was for a strong blizzard and it broke instantly. One eighth I was nice and toasty in my home and the next I felt the heat quickly leaving, I was so annoyed, why wasn’t it working? I didn’t understand that it didn’t even occur to myself and others until later that the price made a difference. The first thing that came to my mind was that I needed to get hot and fast so I right away rushed to my fireplace. Thankfully we have an electric fireplace so it was really fast to heat up. I sat there in front of the fireplace warming up until I could get a professional heating and AC serviceman to come out. I decided from then on that I would no longer be having anyone install my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan unless it was a professional from a single of the heating and AC companies.
