For tenants, a single of the perks is calling someone else to do tasks around the house, well our proprietor is disappointing about getting back to me in addition to I am a handy guy, and i don’t love laying around waiting for him to call a professional when I can get the work done myself. I have fixed our dryer so several times. I also have repaired the stove, ice maker in addition to the dishwasher at least once… The Heating & Air Conditioning plan with the house is a mess too. Thank goodness I am a certified Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman. If not, I would have been without heating in addition to cooling. The proprietor should pay for in addition to send a Heating & Air Conditioning worker out to the apartment. I never mentioned our profession. I also don’t want to work after thirds either… So I was more than willing to have someone else make the repair. Well when no a single was arriving, I had to get out our tools in addition to do it. I have upgraded fan belts, tightened bolts, added more refrigerant in addition to even did HVAC duct cleaning for free. I recently noticed I wasn’t getting enough cooling in our apartment. I checked the indoor air handler in addition to all was well. Then I saw the outdoor air compressor was at an angle. When it is tilted, the refrigerant pools to a single side of the device in addition to the air you get isn’t cooled down respectfully. I had to purchase blocks to level the outdoor air compressor. It now works good though. It does irritate me that I am making this lazy guy’s house so much better though.
