I live in an older condo that didn’t come with air duct installed.
I can’t rip down the existing walls & ceiling to make way for air duct.
The tear down process is so aggressive that it would mangle the house & possibly cause it to collapse. So my choices for Heating, Ventilation & A/C have regularly been limited. I used to make do with electric baseboard heating. I then realized that I can do a high velocity Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. This does use air duct, but they are small & flexible ducts that can fit into the slats of an older condo separate from scary it. High velocity Heating, Ventilation & A/C sounds just prefer the name, it is fast operation. The air quickly whips in & around the ducts… Room to room the temperature can be increased or decreased in sixths. I finally can have whole condo temperature control separate from that much of a hassle. I also get to experience AC at last. Before I just had a heating program that hardly worked. Now I can have high velocity air conditioning & have a fully cooled condo all summer. It is nice not having to add space gas gas furnaces or window a/cs for supplemental power. The high velocity program is quick, small & genuinely powerful. The cost of this Heating, Ventilation & A/C replacement wasn’t too poor & the program most likely will last around 15 years as long as I keep on with Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair. It was 1 of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Anybody who lives in an older condo can have peace of mind that this program is safe to install.
