Adding a mini split to the powder room

I system to remodel my dining room as a Christmas gift to myself! For years I have lived with old wood cupboards and stained countertops, however i have hated all the appliances in there and that the space is split off. I have saved tons of currency to make the dining room the way I want it. I want to have quartz countertops and all colorless cupboards. I am hoping to eliminate the need for upper lodgeets to open up the space. I also want to disaffix my dining room island and instead have a built in storage component that holds a microwave and root budweiser maker. One thing that will cost a bit of currency is that I want to install a ductless mini split; Right now my beach house is heated by a gas fireplace in the dining room, the heating method does not quite reach the dining room. For years I have been relying on a space furnace that sits in the corner. For A/C I am just out of luck. During the dining room remodel I could have a Heating and A/C serviceman come into the space and install a mini split. There is plenty of room for the wall mounted indoor air handler. I could get a smart temperature control so I could change the temperature control from my iPhone separate from an issue. It would make my dining room more new looking too. The convenience of having regular heating in the Winter and enjoying A/C in the summertime I suppose will be worth it too. I might be willing to forgo particular elements in the dining room to have regular temperature control.
