Hiring up-to-date female Heating and Air Conditioning techs

Ijust hired several young female Heating and Air Conditioning techs to run point on a up-to-date program I’m starting with the family business.

Imagine this scenario — you are lake house alone with the youngsters, it’s dark, and a repair tech comes to your home to repair something. This repair tech gives you a exhausting feeling, however you undoubtedly need to the work done. After a few hours you realize you guess nothing about this big, burly man, and yet he is inside your lake house with you and the youngsters, and does this fill you with feelings of dread, because that is what it did for me. That’s why I wanted to make sure that young people, females, and single parents had a more comfortable choice when it came to Heating and Air Conditioning repair. Ijust hired several young female Heating and Air Conditioning techs to run point on a up-to-date program I’m starting with the family business. I have personally not encountered a customer who wasn’t comfortable with letting myself and others look at their a/c, however I understand that there is business I am not getting because of it. For 6 weeks I will run a local and social media campaign focusing on my up-to-date female Heating and Air Conditioning professionals, with the tagline “you don’t want just anyone in your home.” I have done a little market research, and talked to a lot of my clients personally, about the idea, and it seems to have a lot of support! Not to mention it’s a great choice for my business, because the Heating and Air Conditioning industry is pretty notorious for being a boy’s club. I want to help cut that image, and make my Heating and Air Conditioning business a great arena for female clients and female employees.
