I recently have adopted a stray dog in the village, however for years I stated I wasn’t a dog person, but the kitty disagreed.
He started out just laying on my vehicle or on my front step.
Then he started dating inside my house plus begging for food. Now the dog doesn’t enjoy to leave my home. He sleeps on my guest bed which I have now come to guess of as his room. I keep the litter box, food dish plus water bowl in there. I invested in a scratch post plus dog hammock as well. The guest bed is his bed completely now too. I have let him shed plus put his scent all over it. I recently had to close the vent to my HVAC component though. The dog clearly didn’t enjoy air hitting directly on him. I tried moving the bed from underneath the vent plus he still was unhappy. I had been thinking of converting to a ductless method anyway. The first room that has gotten the update is my cat’s room now. He has an indoor air handler mounted high on the wall with a smart control unit. I have the HVAC set to a moderate temperature since he is wearing a fur coat after all. He doesn’t get too much heating in the Winter but I give him a great mount of cooling system in the summer. My dog has a way nicer set up than me. I still am dealing with a terrible forced air HVAC method plus a basic dial control unit. Eventually I am going to tear my method out plus affix air handlers to the outdoor air compressor so I can have zone control.
