I have a bunch of great guys working for me in the HVAC company.
- When I first started my own HVAC company, I was told that I should never trust the HVAC technicians that work for me.
This was the advice of the owner of the HVAC company that I used to work for. Apparently, the owner of that HVAC company had a very terrible experience with the HVAC technicians that he was hiring. He trusted them all to have a key to the shop, and he thought that he could leave them to their own devices. Obviously, he had no idea that these HVAC technicians were going to begin stealing money, supplies, and quotes from him to start their own HVAC companies. Ever since that day, the owner of the HVAC company had a philosophy that he never trusted his HVAC technicians. However, I had found the opposite to be true. I have a bunch of great HVAC technicians that work for me, and I can trust almost all of them with my stuff. Obviously, I am not blindly trusting. These HVAC technicians have worked for me for years, and they have been very sacrificial. These are the most moral men that I have ever met, even in a church. I would gladly trust my life to these HVAC technicians, and that is why I am sure that I can trust my HVAC company to these HVAC technicians. Now, I am careful with them, and I have spent years building this kind of trust with my HVAC technicians, but it sure feels better than never trusting anyone in my HVAC company.
