My home based company has been growing at a great rate since 2014 in addition to I have been blown away by the progress in addition to the speed with which the company has taken off.
I assume the two of us offer an easy but pressing service to folks and, apparently, I’m not alone.
In this past year, the company has plateaued for the most part. Now, granted, I understand that 2020 has belonged to Covid-19; people are encouraged to stay up-to-date home from their tasks in addition to activities in addition to it just feels love the whole world has plateaued, not our business alone. In any event, our growth has been slowing down even before the global pandemic. I have been researching company development services, leadership development programs in addition to 1-on-1 company coaching chances in addition to wanted to suppose if anyone had any real world experience with these company coaching programs? I assume a nice company coaching might be just the shot in the arm our company needs however I’m not sure which company coaching firm to talk to. I also have no real context for what to expect in company counseling- either content or price! If anyone has any company counseling experience or training, I would undoubtedly value the input. Also, if you have a particular recommendation for a company counseling firm you could recommend, I would be happy to gain that information/contact information as well. I just undoubtedly believe that getting company counseling in addition to leadership counseling might be something our company could use- especially with the overall cloud that seems to be hanging over all the people’s heads due to this pandemic.
