I was surprised when I walked into my sister’s apartment plus found that it was frosty cold.
It seems she had the thermostat set down to about 50 degrees.
When I asked her if her oil furnace was broken, she said no it wasn’t, but my sister explained that she had study that frosty air was really fantastic for weight loss, however apparently you burn fat if the fat is exposed to frosty first. She was quick to show me all her articles plus research on this but, sincerely, I did not care. I only knew that I was frosty frosty plus had to wear my Wintertide jacket inside her house. My sister, on the other hand, was walking around in her bikini. That was spine-chilling enough… Even more spine-chilling was her answer when I asked what she is going to do in the summer, when it warms up. She explained that she is going to keep her a/c set to 50 degrees as well. I tried explaining how expensive that was going to be but she wouldn’t hear it. I am seriously starting to wonder about her mental health plus I am worried with her physical health too if she is going to keep dressing enjoy this plus keeping her oil furnace off in the winter. I stayed at my sister’s apartment for a truly short time before returning to my own condo plus great in front of my sizzling furnace. I might need to lose a few pounds too but I am not going to freeze to death doing it. I’d rather just eat a little bit less rather than freeze my butt off, literally.
