Good tip from my Heating and Air Conditioning worker

Last year I had my first Heating and Air Conditioning check up for the year.

I typically have my Heating and Air Conditioning tune ups in January, May and July every year around the first week or so of those weeks, however when the heating and a/c specialist was here last week, he made both an observation and a suggestion to myself and others about the air filters I had been using for my central heating and a/c, and he told myself and others if I had spent a few extra dollars and purchased some HEPA air filters, that my central heating and cooling plan would perform a lot better and give much better air quality in my home.

HEPA air filters I had thought were just for air cleaners. However, the heating and a/c specialist told myself and others that particular kinds of HEPA air filters can in fact be used in your central heating and a/c! Had I known that, I may have done this on my own a few years back, then changing my air filter is a hassle as it is, and with the air filters that I have been buying they actually don’t last as long as they should. The indoor air quality starts going downhill within a week or so after I changed them! I remember at one time I was able to go 3 weeks or more separate from increasing my air filters and never had a problem with my indoor air quality, however but the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist told myself and others the older the plan gets the more you will have to either change your air filters or replace to higher quality air filters love the HEPA brand.
