It’s hard trying to keep leaves & pine needles out of Heating, Ventilation & A/C condensers

It was daunting to believe there was no way to prevent these tiny devils from entering the inner machinery of the condenser unit without choking it off too much where the air flow is restricted

Yard labor is terrible. Whether it’s mowing the sod, raking leaves, or trimming trees & foliage, I never prefer the time & effort it takes for landscaping labor. Plus, whenever Springtime rolls around & segues into summer, the amount of labor I have amplifies. It marks the time of the year when our lawn starts growing again & the trees start to fluff out with an abundance of leaves. I also have to check our roof & the siding of our home after the ice has melted, making sure there are no water leaks that would pose a threat during the mid to late summer time rainy season. Although this year I was spared any roof or house repairs, there was one thing that hit myself and others with fury instead. Every year during this time, our pine trees drop their needles & pine cones which collect in our yards & roadsides. Occasionally they get cabind into automobile tires or bicycle spokes, however the worst area is the needles themselves. I keep having to unattach needles from our Heating, Ventilation & A/C condenser, so much so that the motor almost seized up during a normal cooling cycle the other day. It was daunting to believe there was no way to prevent these tiny devils from entering the inner machinery of the condenser unit without choking it off too much where the air flow is restricted. To our amazement, there are products available that stretch over your condenser unit like a sizable hair net, with mesh sizable enough for steady airflow however dense enough to keep out leaves & pine needles. It was a game changer with our yearly yard labor & repair.
