I have been looking to buy a new house for a few years now, but I haven’t found one that I like enough to really invest all my hard earned money into.
I wish that I could find a place because I am tired of living in an apartment, but I am not willing to settle when it comes to buying a home.
I want my home to be perfect. Some people want to buy a house that they have to fix up, but that is not the case for me. I just want to move into a brand new home that doesn’t have any issues or need any major repairs. One thing I really don’t want to have to worry about is the heating and cooling system. So houses don’t have great heating and cooling system and require new homeowners to completely redo the entire heating and cooling system before they can even move into the house. I don’t want to have to think about the heating and cooling system in the house I purchase. I want the HVAC system to be brand new and the best that money can buy. I just want to make sure that the warranty is great and that I won’t have to replace the HVAC system a couple years into owning the house. I know that I sound like I am being really picky, but I think that if I am going to spend this much money that I want everything to be perfect already.
