I have a little place of my own in what some call the South.
But, I assure you, it is not at all the Deep South because all of us still have some Winter in these parts.
It might not be anything compared to up north. But, it actually gets cool enough to where the heat needs to be on throughout the whole day. I love the fact that all of us get to experience such distinct seasons. It is so attractive to witness. The leaves in the fall are absolutely delightful. But, might be outdone by all the blooming trees plus flowers while all of us are in the Spring. The summer time can get incredibly warm but then it slides out plus right into fall again. I got married to a local lady plus we started a family right here. The household all of us live in is way off in the woods but all of us are still able to be on the electric grid. The bunch of us have a wood stove which provides a great deal of heat while all of us are in the winter season. And all it costs me is the sweat off my brow plus a little gas for the chainsaw. My partner plus I went years separate from any sort of Heating as well as A/C device cooling. The bunch of us were just fine with fans even though it could be warm sleeping through the evening hours. However, we have children now. We have created rooms for them upstairs but we entirely needed to cool that floor so those teenagers could get some sleep. I had a friend of mine who is a Heating as well as A/C tech in the nearest town come out to deliver us some options. She felt that the only answer was to put in a mini split heating plus cooling device for the second floor of our household. The beauty part is that this type of Heating as well as A/C device does not require any HVAC duct. So, right there was a sizable motivating reason to have her put that thing in.
