Building management control room is locked down

I genuinely love my job, which is working in a giant skyscraper in the middle of the city.

Our skyscraper building has 27 floors, with more than a few unusual businesses. The insurance program supplier has half of the floors to ourselves, and it’s clear that we are one of the greatest tenants inside the skyscraper. Last month, Folks at my job opted to work on fully automated all of the tasks. Since that time, things have been genuinely stressful. The card reader genuinely doesn’t work most of the time. I tried to scan my card various or more than three times, but sometimes it doesn’t register at all. Last weekend, our building management access door was locked down most of the day. The keyless entry door did not recognize the code, as many times as we seem to enter it. There was no access to our control room, meaning that none of us could work on adjusting the automated program lights, heat, or air conditioning. During the overnight hours, our building management program is in a special Mode called sleep. During this time, the temperatures revert to a warmer degree, and the Lighting systems are shut down completely until 7 in the morning. The only things that work at night are the alarms and the doors and the security lights outside. Unfortunately, our keyless entry program was not working at all and no one could get in the control room to access the building automation program. It was sketchy for several hours, until we could find a supplier to fix the problem.
