I live way up in the northeasternmost part of the country as well as in the wintertime, it’s genuinely cold around here.

Instead, I wish we could just transport somewhere warmer where we could worry about our a/c rather than our heating idea once in a while! But alas, my hubby’s task is here in the cold climate, as well as there doesn’t look like there’s much hope for us to be moving anytime in the near future, and this year, we’ve neglected to do our proper maintenance on our furnace system… Usually we get the furnace inspected in the summer time or the fall, but this year we were out of town quite a bit as well as we never got around to it. Of course, now that the weather is cooling off as well as Winter time is almost here, we remembered that we needed a furnace tune up. Unfortunately, that’s what pretty much everyone else in town is thinking, too. When I called our local Heating plus A/C business to schedule a furnace tune-up as well as maintenance service, they said that they are booked solid for the next many weeks! I can’t recognize that pretty much everyone in our entire town forgot to do their furnace service. It seems as if we’ve all waited until the last hour this year as well as we’re starting to panic! At least we have a gas fireplace that we can use if the furnace doesn’t cooperate like it’s supposed to. I’m almost afraid to turn the temperature control to the heating function. I don’t think what might happen to the inner laborings of the heating equipment if something went wrong over the summer. I know we will just make do with the fireplace until the Heating plus A/C serviceman comes in many weeks!
