I wasn’t the smartest guy in school.
- I was stuck in special education for most of our life, because I was a slow learner! Once I l gained something, I retained it forever, but our expertise wasn’t the best.
After graduation, i signed up for Heating as well as Air Conditioning classes. Another guy from our class, had also signed up for Heating as well as Air Conditioning classes. He told myself and others I was too dumb to be an Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer, and he convinced a couple of the other boys that I wasn’t smart enough to be an Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer. I couldn’t know how nasty they were to me. I was sitting outside the classroom 1 morning. I didn’t want to go in before the instructor showed up, because of how badly I was being treated. When the Heating as well as Air Conditioning instructor showed up, he asked why I wasn’t inside the classroom. I told him I wasn’t ready to go in yet. He asked if the boys were teasing me. I looked at him, because I didn’t know anyone noticed what was going on. I explained that I was a slow learner, but I retained what I l gained. He gave to help myself and others out after classes and help myself and others with the Heating as well as Air Conditioning lessons. It was to be our secret, by the end of the class, I was in the top 10% of our Heating as well as Air Conditioning classes. I passed the Heating as well as Air Conditioning certification at the top of the class, thanks to our instructor. I even got the coveted apprenticeship in our instructor’s Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer, because I reminded our instructor of him when he started out in Heating as well as Air Conditioning.
