Okay so it is 12:20 pm now and I have till 4pm to get my labor and yoga done before I hit the shore for some training.
If worse comes to worse this week I can skip training this week and do it tomorrow, but I would rather stick to our schedule and train this week.
So that means I need to get all of my online labor done within about three hours so that I can get my yoga session done and get to the beach in time for my chest workout with a pal. I am laboring at the heating corp tomorrow for a few hours, however the Heating and Air Conditioning boss is not going to be in the store so that means that I will be running the whole show. And speaking of shows, tonight we will do a little songs set at this swanky gin tub bar and I am hoping it goes well enough that the owner will want us to come back and do some other shows in the future. We like the heating and cooling system in this venue and would cherish to do a regular show there each week if the owner thinks our songs type is a fit for the local business. I suppose we can do our great songs tonight and he will like them, as they are very upbeat and a lot of people seem to like the deranged strange kinds of songs that we are making. I like the UV air purifier in this venue too because there is no dust and I have no dust sensitivities there.
