Huge added value with HVAC upgrade

I don’t know why everyone is so down on experts.

But wow, very loud parts of our culture are going after everything and that includes experts.

I’m not so sure if these folks are just mad because the experts aren’t always telling them what they want to hear. I get that. I didn’t like hearing that I needed to update my HVAC equipment if I wanted to get the most money I could from my home. But me not liking the sound of that truth didn’t make it any less true. I wasn’t mad at the realtor. I wasn’t mad at the current trends toward turnkey heating and cooling situations. No, while I was disappointed to have to fork out money for the initial cost outlay to replace the HVAC equipment, I trusted my real estate professional. And that’s really where this hating on expert thing gets exposed for what it is. It’s very much like those who are always bashing anyone with specific expertise are like giant babies. Seriously, if they can’t get what they want, they’re going to make a bunch of noise. And they may still not get what they want. But their going to ruin somebody’s day over it. I think these folks need to lighten up and let go of all the outrage. Believe me, outrage is highly overrated. I did just what the realtor suggested. But I also met with another expert who helped me get the right amount of new residential HVAC and HVAC technology without spending too much money. I mean, I wasn’t going to use the new HVAC equipment much. And indeed, the real estate expert was right. There was an enormous value added to our home by adding new HVAC equipment. There’s a reason they are called experts.
