It’s difficult to date when you are in school & everybody’s just focused on the long-term future instead of trying to find something to do right here & right now.
I had some fantastic & terrible experiences when I was in school for sure, but on the one hand though it was easy to find a group of friends compared to private school. I met students around me within the first few days of moving into my dorm room. The way the dormitories were designed that year it basically made it difficult to avoid getting to know the students that lived around you. All the doors would open up to proper areas outside. And there were picnic benches & chairs in those proper areas as well. So my buddy and I developed a tightly craft group of friends & my buddy and I had all sorts of adventures together gatheringing during the first year of school. It was fun on the one hand, but I also had some emotional experiences trying to date. It’s difficult to date when you are in school & everybody’s just focused on the long-term future instead of trying to find something to do right here & right now. I also had a school dorm room with a really terrible boiler inside residing in a region where it gets cold outside a lot. It’d be one thing if I had been going to school in the South but this school was in the northeast. We really needed a fantastic boiler to get through the winter season, but every month my buddy and I asked, the administration would avoid us. By the time I got to my second year school, I was residing in a unusual building where the multiple central heaters were much better.
