This generally includes things such as cleaning the air ducts, setting the temperature control program appropriately, plus changing the air filter. Things that seem entirely easy plus easy to negotiate with anyone who’s ever owned a basic heating plus cooling setup before. But it isn’t. Generally I was hot, she was always cold, plus the Heating as well as A/C component got stuck vacillating anywhere in between our ideal temperature ranges. Our energy bill was always through the roof plus the Heating as well as A/C appointments were neverending. In the end, our entire central heating plus cooling system broke down… plus so did our roommate relationship, but looking back I suppose it’s best to keep my Heating as well as A/C system plus routine bills without most people else’s.
