Last night when I was increasing the HEPA filter situated behind the vent grille in the ceiling the vent grille door dropped down plus smacked me in the lip. It hit me really hard plus almost knocked me off of my 10 foot stepladder. I instantly ran to the dining room plus put an ice pack on it. Now it is still painful and sore but at least it isn’t all swollen plus puffy. I guess I should call an HVAC tech next time plus save my face from the pain. I’m lucky it didn’t knock out my tooth to look on the bright side. I was going to wash out my ductwork today but now that I guess about it I better just call the HVAC business, as I have a regular service plan with them, plus have them do it for me. I can then use my energy for painting the gaming room in the home plus now working on other things. My sore mouth is another reminder that I don’t need to do everything around the home plus am better off calling an HVAC professional to help me with the weather conditions control system. I wish they didn’t put the HEPA air filter up there in the ceiling love that although I guess that is the only spot where the air handling unit could go in my house. The last home I owned had the air handler in the closet so replacing the HEPA rated air filter was a lot easier. It isn’t a major deal though plus I am just happy to have cold air in my home while in these sizzling weeks.
