My boyfriend and I were supposed to see a show at the theater at 7:30 in the evening.
We went to dinner early and left the restaurant with plenty of time to see all of the previews and coming attractions.
We got to the movie theater around 7. We found some good seats in the middle of the theater and sat down with our popcorn, candy, and drinks. We didn’t buy too many snacks, since we had just eaten our dinner. About 30 minutes later, the curtain finally opened and the show began. We were just getting to the best part of the plot when the theater started to warm up. The temperature was extremely warm and uncomfortable. It seemed like the air vents were blowing warm air instead of cold air. The manager of the theater came in to talk to everyone that was heated. He told us they were having complications with the AC. The show was delayed until they could fix the problems with the AC. The manager apologized for any problems or issues and offered to provide a refund to anyone that did not want to wait to see the rest of the movie. My boyfriend wanted to stick around and watch the rest of the show, but I was tired after a long day at work and I wanted to get tickets for another day. We decided to get another set of movie tickets and we saw the movie a couple of days later. There were no problems with the AC at that time.
