Jack isn’t easy to replace as an HVAC tech

Jack is one of my best HVAC repair suppliers, however the guy can handle commercial and residential repairs and upgrades, however he has been an employee with this company for the past 10 years… I was blessed to snatch him up right after he passed his supplier test.

He is a single of only more than two suppliers and the company that are certified in refrigeration repairs on commercial equipment.

He handles all of the repairs at the car parts factory. The factory is entirely a single example of the biggest commercial accounts that we have… Just finding someone to replace him on that task is going to be taxing enough. It’s safe to say that I am sad to see the guy leave. There is no way that I could convince him to stay. I offered him more money as soon as he handed in his letter of resignation; then to my dismay, the decision wasn’t about money. He is moving out of town to be with his mother, and she is honestly ill and cannot take care of herself. Jack is moving to that home to live with her and help out. I gave the guy a letter of recommendation and he already found a task entirely working for another commercial HVAC repair service. It’s going to be taxing for me to find a guy to replace such an asset to the dealer, however during the past week, Jack has single-handedly taken care of 5 repairs, 2 upgrades, and a handful of routine HVAC suppliers as well. He also caught a huge boiler leak that would have been missed by someone else.
