It isn’t always easy finding a good worker for my HVAC company

I gave the guy a letter of recommendation and he already found a task now working for another commercial heating, ventilation and A/C repair service

Jack is a single one of our best heating, ventilation and A/C repair workers. The guy can handle commercial and residential repairs and installations. He has been an employee with this company for the past 10 years, however I was lucky to snatch him up right after he passed his worker test. He is a single of only three workers and the company that are certified in refrigeration repairs on commercial equipment. He handles all of the repairs at the car parts factory. The factory is certainly also one of the all time greatest commercial accounts that every one of us have, so just finding someone to update him on that task is going to be hard enough. It’s safe to say that I am distraught to see the guy leave. There is no way that I could convince him to stay. I gave him more money as soon as he handed in his letter of resignation; but unfortunately, the decision wasn’t really about money. He is moving out of town to be with his mother, however he is honestly ill and cannot take care of herself. Jack is moving to that house to live with him and help out. I gave the guy a letter of recommendation and he already found a task now working for another commercial heating, ventilation and A/C repair service. It’s going to be tough for myself and others to find a guy to update such an asset to the company; during the past week, Jack has single-handedly taken care of numerous repairs, 2 installations, and a handful of routine heating, ventilation and A/C workers. He also caught a sizable boiler leak that would have been missed by someone else.
