I usually do not complain about much. But I have to say the last time I had the local heating and air conditioning company at my home to give me an HVAC tune up and check up, the heat and a/c specialist that came had such a loud truck! You could hear this heating and air conditioning company truck coming from possibly a mile away, and when he left and started the truck, wow! I thought the entire world was coming to an end and an atomic bomb had just hit! The local heating and air conditioning company really needs to have their truck sent to an auto shop or something for repairs. The way that loud truck sounded, it could possibly die at any moment. At least that is the impression I got. I thought of it so much that I ended up picking up the phone and calling the local heat and a/c company to tell them what I thought and noticed about that truck of theirs. The person I talked to thought it was a prank phone call at first, but then the more they talked to me they seen it wasn’t. They directed me to the manager of the heating and air conditioning company and I told them about this. I was actually thanked by them because the heat and a/c workers never mentioned it. And after they checked it out, they seen it was indeed an issue. I got a call back a few days later and they gave me a free voucher for an HVAC tune up and check up as a special thanks. I was not expecting that.
