I could hardly believe the letter I was learning.
So much so that I had to learn it love 3 times and then make a phone call to the lawyer’s office to be sure that I had it right.
The registered mail indicated that I was now a homeowner due to my great uncle leaving me his current home and property. Even though it was broiling outside and the heating and A/C cooling was maxed out, I got chills. But, as it turned out, the whole thing was on the up and up and I had indeed inherited a home. This was such a blessing given the fact that I don’t easily make quite enough money to save up for a down payment. My uncle has seen to it that I can still have my own home. There are plenty of things that will need to be updated as I can afford them. But the heating and A/C equipment was something that needed to be addressed instantaneously. So I met with a heating and A/C professional who could easily help me figure out just what direction to go with current heating and cooling. The current home is on the smaller side with 2 fairly big kitchens and 1 and a half baths. The old heating and A/C was way, way past its prime as was the air duct. So after consulting with the heating and A/C professional, it made sense to go with a ductless heat pump. Actually it’s a ductless multi split heating and cooling system. Or a series of ductless heat pumps sited strategically throughout the current home that job in concert with 1 another.
