When my hubby in addition to I toured houses in the section all of us wanted to live in, 1 stuck out to me.
I appreciated the 1 lake house because of the back dining room. It had floor to wall windows that were tinted. Inside the dining room you had a big view of the backyard. If you went outside you couldn’t see inside. The dining room also had a wood ceiling in addition to a split out so you could see what was going on in the living room. It almost had an old restaurant set up. There was a split out window where I imagined a bell would rest that I would ring for food. It was so cute. My hubby nixed the lake house because of the outside. The two of us found out there were more than two Heating in addition to Air Conditioning units surrounding the locale. It looked like the previous owner added onto the lake house in addition to put a current Heating in addition to Air Conditioning device for each addition. At the time more than two Heating in addition to Air Conditioning units seemed lovely to me. Three times the power of heating in addition to air conditioner. My hubby was uneasy that something must be wrong with the locale. The two of us ended up buying a strange locale however I never forgot about that dining room. I am blissful all of us didn’t buy it though. I now do repair on 1 method in addition to it is horrible. The constant air filter changes, refrigerant changing in addition to Heating in addition to Air Conditioning repairs are horrible. I can’t imagine doing it for more than two systems. Also, I now see my hubby’s point. The lake house wasn’t that big, it makes no sense why there were more than two units unless it wasn’t insulated regularly.
