My buddy was shocked when she realized how bad the air quality was at my house.
- She checked the furnace filter and saw that it was completely blocked up.
She asked myself and others if she realized how dangerous it was not to change the furnace filter always. I shrugged and she got into it with me. She said that it was important for the heating method to have great air flow and that couldn’t happen if I was using a blocked up furnace filter. She said it was time to go see about a furnace filter for sale, and so all of us decided to go to the local hardware store. Every one of us really did find some furnace filters for sale, and I bought those immediately. Every one of us replaced the furnace filter that was blocked up and it seemed prefer my method was running a lot more smoothly after that. After awhile though, I felt prefer I was getting sick in my home. I started feeling drowsy all the time and light headed. My neighbor convinced myself and others that I needed to go to the hospital. It’s a great thing that I went because the health professionals said that I was showing signs of carbon monoxide poisoning. I had my furnace checked instantly and sure enough there was a carbon monoxide leak coming from a crack in the heat exchanger; Because I went so long without increasing my furnace filter, I caused the method to overheat and that crack developed. It’s pretty extreme because I could have died. I had to replace my heating method entirely, but I’m going to take great care of my new furnace.
