Not many of weeks ago, our association where I work put on our annual conference! It is almost certainly our job, although our boss does help a little, but plus, he takes responsibility for signing the sizable contract, which I absolutely don’t want to do, then anyway, even though I do all the work, he gets the nice stuff, including this gigantic suite of rooms way up high.
- I have never even seen a room like that in our life, so I can only imagine it and look at pictures.
Anyway, I had what was called a Junior Suite, which was perfectly great with me. It was absolutely the best room I have ever had, so I was perfectly ecstatic. In fact, I was super ecstatic because I found out in the day after our first evening there that his a/c was on the fritz! Can you imagine staying in a multiple star resort and having the cooling system doing a lackluster job in your presidential suite? My room was smaller, but at least the cooling system was toiling properly; When I first got back from doing our work on the fourth day, though, I had our doubts, because when I walked in, it felt like the heating system was running instead of the cooling system. I called down to the desk right away, but after that I started looking at the control unit. I discovered it wasn’t on automatic, and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C guy who came to our apartment one time told myself and others the control unit should consistently be on the automatic setting, however so I switched the mode from “high fan” to “automatic,” and everything was fine.
