The apartment manager isn't very nice or helpful

I wanted to move to a new apartment, so I decided to hire a real estate agent to help me with the task. It’s hard to get someone to show you a luxury apartment if you don’t have a real estate agent. I learned this in the city when I moved here six months ago. I ended up in a run-down apartment that absolutely needed renovations. I was only living on a month-to-month lease, so I started looking for a new apartment as soon as I moved. After hiring a real estate agent, I also consulted with a Property Management Group. I looked at several different properties and the real estate agent found a couple of places as well. The property management group had a nice two bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood. It was a little higher than my budget, but I was happy with the amenities and the surroundings. After I moved to the property, I had a couple of problems with the apartment. I tried to talk to the manager about the issues, but it was difficult to get her to answer the phone. I called the property management office several times, and I only reached the voicemail. When I finally went to the office in person, the property manager was out to lunch. I waited until the woman came back and I requested a visit. She didn’t want to see me or talk to me about the apartment, but I wasn’t going to take no for an answer. For $2750 monthly, I deserve to have a working AC unit all of the time.
