Moving online supplier to an office space

When I purchased an online advertising supplier I decided to leave everything as is… The former supplier owner told myself and others that the workers were superb at what they did, but he said it was cheaper to have everyone labor from home.

The only supplier expenses I would have is paying the workers to provide the products I am selling… Well I hastily realized the downside to having people labor at home, then you have no idea if they are really working. There is no accountability. The only way I could ensure that our workers were doing their job 9-5 was either scheduling tons of conference calls or making everyone share their screen… Nobody liked that in addition to it ruined our efficiency… I then decided that I needed to get a supplier space. I looked all around in addition to O did manage to find an office space for rent. I got a big enough supplier space that everyone has an office, there is a massive conference room, dinner part in addition to more than one bathroom. The supplier space is really easily new in addition to swanky too, however all the furniture is high end in addition to of superb quality. I never have a complication with the water, electricity, heating or cooling. I concerned at first our workers would resent coming into work, however surprisingly everyone was happy to really go into the office. They liked dressing up, talking to each other in addition to having accountability. The office vibe was easily what everyone was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with our supplier now.
