Moving online business to an office space

When I bought an online SEO business I decided to leave everything as is, but the former business owner told myself and others that the workers were great at what they did.

  • She said it was cheaper to have most people work from home.

The only business expenses I would have is paying the workers to give the products I am selling! Well I quickly realized the disadvantage to having people work at home, you have no system if they are absolutely toiling. There is no accountability. The only way I could ensure that our workers were doing their task 9-5 was either scheduling tons of conference calls or making most people share their screen… Nobody liked that and it ruined our efficiency, i then decided that I needed to get a business space. I looked all around and O did manage to find an office space for rent. I got a big enough business space that most people has an office, there is a big conference room, dinner area and more than one powder room. The business space is absolutely really current and swanky too. All the furniture is high end and of great quality. I never have a problem with the water, electricity, heating or cooling. I distraught at first our workers would resent coming into work, but surprisingly most people was happy to absolutely go into the office. They liked dressing up, talking to each other and having accountability. The office vibe was really what most people was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with our business now.
