I was not truly pleased when I had a new oil oil furnace installed in our house.
At least, I thought it was a new oil oil furnace.
Admittedly, I went with the first Heating, Ventilation & A/C company I saw in the red pages, & these boys were kind of shady like. They didn’t explain what was being done & they didn’t show me that the oil oil furnace was laboring fine. They didn’t even supply any oil for the thing, which I guess I can understand. But you should be able to show that the heating proposal works fine. It worked okay for a short while, but I started having issues with the oil oil furnace towards the end of the winter. I called this place because the oil furnace was supposed to be under warranty, & then they told me it was not. Before, I was told there was a warranty for 5 years, but they were saying there wasn’t any warranty for a refurbished oil oil furnace. I was even more shocked because I was told the oil furnace was new, but according to their records, I had gotten a refurbished oil oil furnace. It was no wonder it was having issues. I had the records & everything showing that they claimed it was a new oil furnace & I had a warranty. It wasn’t until I threatened to sue them in court when they finally took the crappy oil furnace away & finally installed a single that was honestly brand new. I don’t think what game these people were trying to play, but I’m not going to be laboring with them in the future, & I will warn people about them.
