The thing I have to admit is that I get pretty aggravated sometimes plus usually it’s the buyers that I have to deal with. It’s not all the buyers mind you, most of them are good people. There are some people though who just drive myself and others nuts. I have these a single buyers who I have told on numerous chances that they have to change their air filters every week. They have asked myself and others why they can’t change them every quarter of the year or less than that. I told them it’s because air filters get plugged up with regular use… as that’s their design to pull the contaminants from the air plus to protect the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. They ask myself and others why they shouldn’t use the cheap fiberglass air filters, well because they aren’t honestly protecting the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system! I mean, you would believe this kind of stuff was correct sense however not to these people. I have been to their lake lake house for numerous emergency repair calls plus it’s not a pretty picture. They genuinely have the nerve to get attitude about the expenses for fixing their Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea while I have to be there fixing their Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea in the middle of the night on a Tuesday. Now my daughter has a similar personality to myself and others which I believe is mostly good, but I worry sometimes. She has been known to hurt people’s feelings at college. She is asking a lot of Heating, Ventilation plus A/C questions though which I like. I believe she would make a fine Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional love her father.
